Innovu’s Member Matching system associates a variety of data sources, including enrollment, benefit plans, medical, Rx, workers comp, HRIS and retirement to each individual participant, allowing the Advisor/Plan Sponsor to view the participant's journey over time or assign them to a larger cohort to analyze the population.
Plan Sponsors and Advisors are no longer limited to simple aggregated reports based on claims data. Instead, they can view the complex interplay of events for a single member or larger population and understand how these impact their organization over time.
When dealing with employee benefits, participant data is delivered separately across the various human capital risk data silos.
