Lauren Gallagher is an award-winning Operations Executive who loves a challenge, from mergers and acquisition activities to consultative management. She has more than 15 years of experience successfully designing and implementing client delivery models that improve process efficiencies, decrease costs and new client ramp up time, and increase customer satisfaction. She has a passion for successfully integrating people and process to support a company’s success.

As Innovu’s Vice President, Partner & Client Engagement, Lauren is responsible for day-to-day operations, managing the systems and resources to ensure Innovu reaches its business and client services objectives.

Prior to joining Innovu, Lauren was Senior Director, North American Operations for WNS after it acquired Denali Sourcing Services. Year one of the integration, she was responsible for integrating back-end processes, people and technology. In addition, she had operational oversight across three delivery centers, ensuring global alignment within WNS, as well as resource management (hiring and staffing) across all accounts. Prior to WNS’s acquisition, she led the build out of Denali’s Pittsburgh delivery center, as well as developed the company’s performance management process, quality process, and standard delivery methodology.

Lauren previously worked for Accenture as Regional Director, Category Management, within the Business Process Outsourcing organization, overseeing the predominantly onsite consultants within the Americas. As a member of the acquisition integration team, she led Ariba’s procurement managed service delivery model integration within Accenture. Earlier in her career while at Ariba, Lauren built a Consulting Development team and oversaw its expansion within North America and Europe. Previous roles include sales, consulting, and engagement management in both the procurement and manufacturing industries.

Lauren has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Purdue University. In 2015, she received the Supply Chain and Demand Pros to Know Award.
